Job Description

Water Hygiene Sales Team Leader - Tamworth Based£24,000-£26,000 A water hygiene and treatment consultancy in the West Midlands are looking to welcome an individual to their growing team, following on from substantial success and a new business development plan. Ideally you will come from a working in a water hygienerole such as legionella risk assessment.The company have been around for almost 30 years, continuously growing and developing. Their services are nationwide, with a particular focus in the Midlands and branching into the South East. Their high-end services cover legionella risk assessment, waterhygiene monitoring, legionella control and treatment across a range if settingsYour duties will include:

  • Aid in the effective operation of the sales team, securing new business
  • Motivate others to meet the set targets and KPIs
  • Work in an organized manner, facilitating inbound sales enquires and managing the sales process
  • Upsell add on services such as monitoring remedials
The requirements for the role are as follows:
  • Experience working in the Water Hygiene Industry is essential
  • Full UK driving licence is beneficial as there are occasional client visits
  • Leadership Experience and strong organization
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Warm telephone manner
  • Selling experience is not essential
The office-based role as a sales team leader with a strong and growing business includes;
  • Salary around £25,000
  • Holiday and Pension
