Reed Marketing and Creative are currently partnered with a rapidly growing and successful business within the manufacturing industry looking to recruit a superstar Product Marketing Manager.Due to expansion and looking at new strategy for the business, this role is newly created and covers a few different areas of marketing. Essentially we are looking for someone who can look at the value proposition of product to market, competitor analysisand any other routes to market for their products.Duties include:• Map and shape market and opportunities for growth• Understand customer buyer behaviour• Identify potential competitor advantage in each product category• Map out any new market sectors• Create value propositions for each customer typeBeing a newly created role they need someone to come in a look at the overall strategy; so someone with new ideas, and the confidence to back those and see those come to fruition. There are plenty of people in the business with knowledge of the process andproducts to lean upon and start building business cases.The successful candidate will be passionate, engaging and energetic. Someone who is proactive and able to manage their own time, and someone who can understand taking different products and brands to market, how to differentiate those and how to look atnew areas that havent been exploited.In return you get to work with a supportive Manager and team; a super supportive bunch but very much able to leave you to your own devices.
