  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the schools pastoral care system, ensuring the well-being and welfare of students are prioritized.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive behavior management and foster supportive relationships within the school community.
  • Provide guidance and support to students facing personal, social, or emotional challenges, liaising with external agencies when necessary.
  • Manage and mentor a team of pastoral staff, providing direction, support, and training to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders to create a cohesive and inclusive school environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a pastoral or student support role within a secondary school setting.
