Warehouse Operative / Parcel Sorter Pay: £13.51 per hour!Shift : Monday - Friday - (9:30 PM - 3:30 AM)4.5 hours are guaranteed per shift. - Overtime available!Weekly Pay!Responsibilities:Package Sorting: Sort and categorize incoming parcels based on destination, size, weight, or other relevant criteria.Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage or discrepancies, report any issues to supervisors, and ensure that all packages are in good condition before shipment.Labelling and Scanning: Apply labels, barcodes, or tracking information to packages, and use scanning equipment to record package data accurately.Loading and Unloading: Load packages onto conveyors, pallets, or delivery vehicles for transportation. Unload incoming shipments from trucks and transport packages to designated areas.Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or overages to management.What youll doWork hours varies between 21:30 to 03:30Start time and shift span is based on volume. 4.25 hours is guaranteed per dayDaily overtime as required based on shift span due to volume, approximately 1 hour per dayAble to read labels on packages to find post codes and country names.The ability to accurately follow instructionsWere looking for someone with:Excellent communication skills, speed and accuracyA flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitudeInitiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesThe ability to accurately follow instructionsAbility to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.Ability to read and memorise postal codesAvailability to work flexible shift hours, 5 days a week, Monday to FridayPlease can you also send me over your bank details.Any questions please let me know.
