Your role will encompass the strategic oversight of our operational processes,ensuring the WMS enhances efficiency, accuracy, and productivity at every level of the supply chain. A key part of your mission will be to lead the transformation in a way that aligns with our corporate vision, instils a culture of continuous improvement,and maintains our commitment to innovation and quality. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the WMS deployment strengthens our market position and supports our growth ambitions.As Operations Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to.

• Develop and implement strategic plans specifically for the enhancement of warehouse logistics and distribution operations across the group.
• Direct manufacturing operations to maximise efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
• Lead digital transformation within the warehouse operations, focusing on the adoption and integration of new operational technologies.
• Manage change within the warehouse function, ensuring smooth transitions during technology upgrades and process improvements.
• Champion and instill company values within the warehouse teams, ensuring alignment with the broader organisational culture.
• Apply data analytics and performance metrics to continually refine and optimise warehouse operational performance.
• Mentor and develop warehouse leadership and staff to foster a high-performing team environment.

We are seeking an executive with a significant background in strategic leadership and operational management in the logistics and supply chain sectors. The ideal candidate will be an established professional with experience in roles such as Director of Logisticsor Director of Supply Chain Management, the individual should have a strong record of leading digital transformations, particularly with WMS systems, and be adept at enhancing operations at a strategic level. A history of board-level contribution and the abilityto champion innovation and company growth are essential. We require a strategic visionary who can integrate with our core values and help steer our organisation towards future success.We are looking for an Operations Director with the following experience.

• Strategic Planning: Experience in overseeing strategic planning and leadership within warehouse logistics and distribution, ensuring alignment with company-wide system migration projects led by our PMO.
• Change Management: Lead the change management process for the WMS system across the group.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation, coordinating with PMO, project teams and WMS provider.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the warehouse team in alignment with new operational strategies.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between the board, internal teams, external partners and customers.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in system integration.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure operational processes meet quality standards.
• Ongoing Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strategic Collaboration with Current Management: Provide direction and support to the existing management team, facilitating strategic decisions.
