Job Description

We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Claims Handler for our client who Specialise in Motor Claims, Personal Injury and Credit Hire working on a Fully Remote Basis.You will be Investigating motor Insurance claims to determine the extent of liability and damages on behalf the emergency blue light clients.You’ll be a dedicated blue light claims handler, managing your portfolio of motor damage, credit hire and injury claims from first notification to settlement.You’ll be responsible for making decisions on fraud, quantum and liability, including managing cases through litigation. You’ll also liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants and their representatives using multiplemeans of communication such as phone and email.We would be looking for someone who has the following skills

  • Ability to proactively handle claims
  • Good Organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong Motor claims track record including - Credit Hire/ Assessment of Personal Injury/ Motor investigations
  • An understanding of insurance principles
  • Working knowledge and experience of handling OICP and MOJ Portal Claims
  • Ability to provide a great customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Great negotiation skills.
