Company DescriptionJob DescriptionFleet SupervisorSalary: Up to £32,947 including UHP45 HoursShift pattern: 13:00pm - 22:00pmMonday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday TamworthWe’re currently looking for a Fleet Supervisor to join us on a permanent basis in our Tamworth depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety, where you can learn and develop your office administration skills.In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for all our drivers requiring assistance throughout the Afternoon/evening. You will complete a wide range of office tasks including checking and verifying documents and maintaining accurate records in relationto our fleet using paper-based systems and software packages. You will be dealing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers who you will build strong working relationships with. Working Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday, this is a busy role,and no 2 days will be the same!To join us as the Fleet Supervisor, you will have some experience in an administration role, with knowledge or experience within fleet or transport being a bonus! Having a good knowledge of HGV would be an advantage to confidently to tackle minor vehiclerepair and also replace shoot bolt, door retainers polar curtains on an adhoc basis. You will have good IT skills and be comfortable learning new software packages. Enjoy spending time out in the yard being part of a team and have good communication skillsto build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues – particularly our team of drivers and external suppliers. You’ll have an eye for detail to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your work effectively.
