Job Description

.Net Developer - Remote/ Hybrid - Tamworth - Circa £55kThe ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle, ideally have 4+ years experience working commercially with Microsoft .Net technologies and developing web applications.Responsibilities

  • Developing bespoke and cutting edge web applications and packages for clients across the FinTech industry
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary technology and product team consisting of Software Developers, Project Managers, Senior Engineers and Support Staff to establish best practices for new and existing features
  • Creating clean and efficient code for current and future use
  • Sharing ideas with your peers to revolutionise flagship products
Essential Skills
  • 4+ years of experience working with .NET framework, ASP.net, VB.net or MVC
  • Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, CSS or JavaScript
  • Experience working with MS SQL Server or T-SQL
  • Able to demonstrate skills with APIs such as Web, SOAP or REST
Nice to Haves
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as Knockout, Express, Angular, Backbone or Ember
  • An understanding of OOP or SOLID
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Deployments or CI/CD pipelines
  • Educated to Degree Level in Technology, Computer Science, STEM or similar with transferrable skills
