Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive on a full-time permanent basis. Summary Supporting the Group Marketing Manager in driving the digital marketing strategyDuties & Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the companys online presence and overall success with a particular emphasis on social media, YouTube. website advertising, email, and influencer marketing
  • Developing and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Taking the lead on content marketing initiatives
  • Managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and staying on top of competitor analysis
  • Driving the SGTV strategy with assistance from the marketing team and video team
  • Writing strong content for a broad range of digital mediums
  • Managing budget
  • Book, plan and create digital advertising and HTML e-shots for external media partners
  • Developing the company email marketing opportunities
Skills and experience
  • Marketing degree or CIM qualification
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience is essential
  • Proven experience in a wide range of digital marketing campaigns (B2C &
B2B)
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns across a number of platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in HTML and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
  • Ability to analyse and summarise data and statistics including social and email analytics
  • Creative thinking to bring new and innovative ideas to the company
  • Competent use of MailChimp or other email software services desirable but not essential
  • Experience in the electrical industry desirable but not essential
