  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients. Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring account performance, including revenue, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.
  • Renew contracts and upsell additional services or products.
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically).
  • Maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
