Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced B2B Telesales executives for a well respected client based in Tamworth.Telesales B2B with a basic salary of up to £20K + £30 per lead generated, on average the realistic take home in commission on top of your salary is £250-£350 per month.No cold calling, all clients you are calling (80-100 calls per day) are existing national accounts.Working in a team of 3-4 people with an experienced team leader has been in the role for over 7 years.Very flexible with working hours, the client will consider full and part time and if it needs to fit around school hours or other commitments, that is no issue.Job Summary:Reporting to the Sales Director you will be helping a regional salesman who would be responsible for hitting certain commission targets.The role will be to make a minimum of 80 calls per day passing leads to both the other Group Companies and the regional salesman.Targets will be set for call numbers and leads.Responsibilities:

  • Hitting call and lead statistics
  • Passing leads to our other divisions
  • Cleansing the data constantly
  • Representing the client in a professional manner and with due regard to the compliance requirements of the organisation.
  • Aiding the regional salesman to hit their KPI’s and commission targets.
