Youll act as a key contact and escalation point for our clients- premium enterprise wireless customers, providing the very highest levels of service and issue resolution.Youll be responsible for responding to support requests, maintaining the ticket management, quality assurance and continuous improvement of products and projects.Youll be responsible for all aspects of our network including:· Assisting the business customers service tickets. · Create and maintain product documents, troubleshooting, customer engagement processes. · Working with our group businesses and suppliers for wireless support. · Proposing and leading improvements to SLA with key customers.This is role will be based in our brand new purpose built UK support facility, in Birmingham.PERSON SPECIFICATION: 2nd Line Technical Support Advisor, 2nd Line Support, Telephone SupportYou could be an experienced IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer or an IT Administrator with previous experience of supporting networks.
