Job Description

Warehouse and Stock CoordinatorSalary Up to £ 14.00 / hour (Negotiable DOE)Location area: Leeds / YorkFull-TimePermanent Contract*** Interviewing ASAP *** Our client is looking for a warehouse and stock coordinator to join their team in the new year.You will be responsible for the material handling to maintain production and distribution of product running by pulling orders from inventory.You will also be responsible for the stock controlling, delivering production materials and supplies and staging finished product.Our client was founded over 35 years ago and they are a group of industries that comprises Building Products, Refurbishment Projects, Building Services and Systems to make up one of the most technically advanced, building specialists in the UK.Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect materials from production departments as required.
  • Ensuring that all loads are correctly labelled and have the appropriate paperwork prior to despatch.
  • Unloading/loading of vehicles
  • Liaising with outside suppliers
  • Wrapping, de-cantering and cutting Pallets
  • Consumables replacement (pallets / timbers / poly boards).
  • General facilities maintenance duties, keeping all yard and factory areas clean and tidy.
  • First Aid (Training provided)
Operate Forklift Truck (Training provided): Facilitate the movement of pallets around production facility, Facilitate the movement of finished goods, Stock rotation and Waste Containers managementOperate Overhead Crane (Training provided): Facilitate the onloading of coils; Facilitate the loading of coils to the roll forming line and Stock rotation.Skills and Qualifications
  • Aptitude for using hand tools
  • Quality awareness
  • Health & Safety awareness
Contractual Benefits
  • 25 days Holidays + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Thursday: From 7am to 3pm
  • Friday: From 7am to 1pm
  • Total of 38 hours / Week
  • Day Shifts
  • Weekly Pay
  • 2 x bonusses both discretional and based on profitability.
