Job Description

Job TitleCustomer Liaison AssistantLocationTadcaster, North Yorkshire (Direct Bus every 30mins from Leeds centre)I have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Liaison Assistant to join a UK wide business who specialise in drink dispenser solutions.No experience necessary, we are looking for, organised, committed individuals with great communication skills. Above all you must be highly organised and a meticulous planner.If this sounds like you then please apply today**Fantastic sociable Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm**The Role

  • Fully comprehensive training will be provided
  • Working as part of the customer service team providing support to the Asset management function
  • Working to verify the outlet bar and inventory records
What we are looking for in you
  • No previous experience needed - if you are organised and enjoy communicating, you will succeed in this role.
  • You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers alike.
  • You will be organized and self motivated, being able to plan and work independently, and be able to work with particular attention to detail and accuracy, even while working to tight deadlines.
  • Ideally have good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
  • An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
