Job Description

Job Title: Customer Asset Management AssistantLocation: Tadcaster (Leeds)I have a fantastic opportunity for an Finance Asset Management Assistant to join a UK wide business who specialise in drink dispenser solutions.No experience is necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate. We are looking for, organised, committed individual who is numerate with strong IT skills and enjoys handling data in a Financial capacity.If this sounds like you then please apply today**Fantastic sociable Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm**The RoleFully comprehensive training will be provided

  • Hours of work are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Working as part of the Customer Service Team providing support to the Asset Management Function.
  • Liase with Finance and Supply chain elements to manage client expectations and meet deliverables.
  • Working to verify the outlet bar and inventory records.
  • Excercising consideration of financial implications for stakeholders both external and internal when facilitating buy and sell transactions.
  • To contact outlets via telephone to verify their bar records and route to market.
What we are looking for in you**No previous experience needed**- if you are organised and enjoy communicating, you will succeed in this role.
  • You will be numerate with strong IT skills and enjoy handling data in a financial capacity.
  • You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers alike.
  • You will be organized and self-motivated, being able to plan and work independently, and be able to work with particular attention to detail and accuracy, even while working to tight deadlines.
  • You will ideally have knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel.
  • An understanding of the licensed trade and financial services would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
