Vacancy: Welder / Fabricator - Leamington SpaSalary: £13 to £13.71 per hour DOEHours 37hr week, Monday - Thursday 06:30-16:00We are searching for a capable fabricator / coded Welder to work out of our clients purpose built workshop. You will be working on a variety or projects in a professional environment and working for a company that is growing. Experience with body assembly is a distinct advantage in this role who has MIG / Mag & fabricating experienceYou will be working on a variety of projectsRole* Using different welding and fabricating techniques you will work in conjunction with other departments within the manufacturing process welding and fabricating various pieces of equipment* Ensure health and safety guide lines are adhered to at all times* any other duties as required to ensure the assembly line flows and a quality product isproduced to scheduleThe candidate* someone from Plant or Vehicle Manufacturing who has experience of a variety of welding practices would be ideal. However, all other applications for qualified or time served welder fabricators are welcome.Experience in MIG & MAG welding. MUST BE CODEDExperience of medium- heavy fabrication of steel construction & welding - (2mm to 10mm).General hydraulic & mechanical fitting.Qualification : BSEN 287 approved coded welding in multi positions.Ability to build and tack weld fabrication from a drawing and then complete weldingAbility to spot visual faults in fabrications and correct them in a timely fashion.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.I am afraid I cant accept applications for candidates who do not have Welding / fabrication experience.Octane Recruitment is a specialist Automotive / Motor Trade recruitment agency.
