Job Description

Temp Customer Care AdministratorTemporary - Week on week until mid-OctoberHourly rate circa £14.00 per hourLocation: Warwick CV34 6LWHours: A Monday to Friday role - 35 hours per week great people to work with!Supporting an Administration Manager with customer related admin.Duties will include:

  • Keeping the master tracker up to date with any updates and/or new issues which need addressing by the site manager/sub-contractors
  • Contacting customers via telephone and email
  • Arranging appointments with customers which are then added onto the master tracker document which is stored on teams and also adding these into the outlook calendar
  • Attending daily meetings with the team to discuss any new complaints that have come through which site need to address
  • Loading the items onto the in house system, which are then closed out by the site manager
You will be the "go to" person for the customer, site manager and aftercare advisor and will be -responsible for arranging appointments with the customers, ensuring that the list of issues per plot is kept up to date and that all queries are dealt with in a timely, professional manner.Braundton Consulting is a recruitment agency working on behalf of this client.
