Job Description

Operations Administrator £25,000-£26,000Leamington SpaOffice BasedMondayFriday 8:00am-16:00pmAre you someone who likes to get things done Are you a solution orientated professional who enjoys all aspects of working within a busy office environmentDo you like to mix up your day doing administration, customer service whilst supporting the senior managementThis role really requires a human Octopus who likes to get their tentacles stuck into a variety of duties. Experience in all areas of the job description isnt necessary so if this sounds like you then please read on as I have, I have the perfect role foryou!The CompanyMy client is a global eco-friendly business who has experienced phenomenal growth in the last 5 years.As an Operations Administrator you will be at the heart of the site ensuring you manage daily, weekly, and monthly business needs.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Managing supplier accounts
  • Supporting with monthly payroll
  • Ad hoc PA duties
  • Handling procurement, sales, and account enquiries
  • Managing the onboarding of new starters including induction and welcome packs
  • Ensure staff are kept fully up to date with any company changes or news including updating the digital boards
Ideal Qualities:
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Good teamworking skills and the confidence to lead/motivate a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at a senior level
  • Attention to detail
  • A problem-solving approach to work
