It is our people that enable us to do that, which is why they are the heart of our business.We are looking to recruit for an Integration/middleware experienced professional to fulfil the position of Application Prototyping Lead. Calor are going through a huge transformational change and a major part of this is the move to a new ERP system. The project is a £multi-million investment and will be a fantastic journey for anyone with the right mind set and skills. We have a great team who are supportive and have a great collaborative ethic and are focused on delivery within a best practice framework.You will be the Prototyping Lead with the following knowledge/exposure:• Dell Boomi / architecture a must• Tibco knowledgeWorking within a S4 Hana and/or Oracle Enterprise 1 environment from an integration point, a big plus! Experience of working within a globally led outsourced model would also be ideal.Must be a strong lead able to drive conversations and represent Calor’s interests while being collaborative and a team player.Good to have:• Asp .net C# (Webforms would be ideal)• Logic Apps• Azure, SQL experience a bonus• K2• Salesforce (an appreciation of)You must be able to lead within a global programme and be the interface with our Group SHVe delivery partners based in Holland (travel may be required but not essential). You will represent and understand the local UK requirements, architecture and be able to translate this in to future state deliverables.The role will encompass the following:• Reviews requirements, architectural governance, technical design, project plans, test plans, deployment plans, infrastructure capacity plans, post deployment support plans, and service transition plans to provide timely and meaningful feedback• Feed into test and deployment activities• Oversee and manage design, development and execution of build & deployment• Oversee and manage the identification, recording and thorough documentation and tracking of bugs• Ensures the performance of thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, solution architects and project managers) to identify system requirements• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and implement solutions• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect removal efficiency,• Implements the technology strategy and direction set by Enterprise Architecture; partners business stakeholders• Prepares and presents program-level communications for executives and stakeholders• Work with a legacy app and middleware team to map current IF’s, patterns, requirements to the new solutionWe look for people who are open minded, embrace new ways of working, step out of their comfort zone seek out new opportunities and look to continuously learn.
