Job Description

Temporary until 16 December 22, with potential to extend.Job PurposeWe are looking for a Business Analyst reporting directly to the Project Manager. This is a regional role, based in Warwick.You will work with the Project Manager and the wider Transformation Office Team to implement process improvement initiatives into the Customer Services Team.Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Business (Customer Services Team) to define and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Create corresponding procedure notes or training aids to implement change.
  • Create and deliver change management outputs into the Business.
  • Work with our RPA and Intelligent Automation teams to create blueprint documents for automation opportunities.
  • Work with other Stakeholder to ensure processes and activities are allocated to the right teams.
  • Work with SAP consultants to explore ways to implement simpler and more efficient ways to transact operations.
  • Report progress against delivery timetable to the Project Manager.
  • Flag and escalate any blockers or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree level
  • Languages skills: English
  • Experience: 3+ years in an Analyst role. Experience in Process Improvement/Process Mapping would be desirable, but not essential
  • Technical Knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint. Basic SAP knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Soft Skills:
