Job Description

Cygnet Healthcare is looking for a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team working at Tabley House.Tabley House is a stately Residential Nursing Home with an excellent 9.9 rating on carehome.co.uk located in Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 0HB. Tabley House provides nursing care for up to 50 people. A fine Palladian house designed by John Carr of York, builtin 1761 for the Leicester family, who lived at Tabley for 700 years!What Cygnet Offer:

What you will need:Essential:
  • An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number,
  • The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage & reduce risk
  • Compassion, resilience & dedication to empower & support service user independence
Desirable:
  • The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
  • A keen interest in developing nursing practice in elderly care
  • An interest in leadership, research & assessment
