The buisness is expanding rapidly.Lead Process Operators / Technical Operators - multiple roles due to site factory expansion, Shift WorkingReporting into the Shift Manager, working to batch production, this role involves leading a small team ensuring the running of a continuous process and FMCG process operation, , manufacturing high quality consumer goods.You will work within a small close-knit technical manufacturing team, responsible for safe working practices and a continuous improvement methodology. You will ensure full compliance with site GMP requirements.Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Manufacture bulk products from raw materialsDelivery against factory and quality SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Ensure delivery of production targetsControl of line changeoversRequirements:Experience of working within a faced paced production environment - FMCG preferred or chemicals, cosmetics, Food and Drink processing or liquids/gases processingSelf motivation and a desire to improve your working environmentFlexible and adaptable approach to workAbility to manage multiple priorities and face challengesGMP experience preferred but not essential as full training is givenThe benefits are excellent including pension, excellent canteen and on site facilitates and products for staff
