Support WorkerHere at BS Social Care, we are working with a national care organisation that specialises in Autism to aid in supporting individuals within the residential homes and help them complete tasks in their local community.So, if youre reliable, passionate and keen to enhance the lives of individuals within the several services in Neath - then look no further!If you have recent care experience and are keen to join us, your role will involve working in 1 of 4 services where you will have the option to work in their various homes, get to know and work alongside different people and meet their individual needs.You will be providing support for adults with Autism/Learning Disabilities so there may sometimes be challenging behaviours presented but will be supported alongside permanent staff to ensure your safety.Your duties in the homes will include taking the residents out in the community which will be 2-1, joining in on activities in the homes such as cooking, doing laundry, cleaning, and providing support with their daily routines in the homes; overall, helpingskill build in and around the homes. There will be some requirements of personal care, supporting with teeth brushing, showering etc.What we are looking for:
