Over the past year we have grown from a team of 2 to a team of 7. A small team but a close-knit group. We are now looking to expand once again and aremoving into a larger office so that we can continue to build the team and create opportunities for our more senior Recruitment Consultants."Team based commission" is not where the team-focused environment ends. As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling a candidate to a client, as well as being their consistent pillar of support throughout their employmentperiod with Teaching Personnel.Desirable Skill SetIndividuality & Diversity Whilst this is the case, there are some characteristics that are necessary if you are to go on to have a successful career at Teaching Personnel.
