Support worker, Heathfield Apartments , Swansea City Centre Job Type: Permanent - Full Time and Part Time Contracts Available£8.91 - 9.31 per hour, dependant on experience and qualificationsThe Fieldbay Group are excited to advertise experienced support worker vacancies with immediate start dates at Heathfield Apartments, SwanseaFieldbay provide high quality services for people aged 18 years + who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long term conditions such as Huntingtons diseaseAim of post:To provide support to individuals with a range of needs including learning and/ or physical disabilities or mental health conditions to live the life they choose in accordance with their support plans. This will involve working with a close knit team within a rota to include weekends, night shifts and bank holidays.
