Working closely with the NHS Wales Health Boards, along with otherhealthcare facilities and institutions in Wales.You will provide your expertise and professionalism toensure the well-being of patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • · Providing expert nursing care to premature babies and infants in the SCBU.
  • · Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures asrequired.
  • · Administer medications and treatments prescribed.
  • · Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.
  • · Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • · Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • · Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • · Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • · Valid and active NMC Registration.
  • · 12 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with SCBU expertise.
  • · Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • · Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
  • · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • · Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
