Job Description

They are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to play a key role in the central team supporting the Director of Development and PeopleManager providing quality and crucial administrative support.Role and ResponsibilitiesAdmin

  • Process Management
  • Experience working with third party vendors
  • Oversee office maintenance, facilities and equipment; liaising with third parties to ensure office services are maintained (e.g. internet, electricity, cleaner, building management company)
  • Office procedures (e.g. risk assessments, signage, fire safety tests)
  • Health & Safety procedures and regulations
  • Acting as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors, signing parcels etc.
  • Maintaining administrative systems and databases; including keeping accurate records and data inputting
  • Ordering office equipment, supplies and ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked with tea/coffee/milk/snacks
  • Organising and booking monthly social events
Recruitment
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Hiring practices and stages (screening, interviews, assessment etc)
  • Supporting with all recruitment administrative duties
  • Prepare and post job adverts online
  • Maintain candidate tracker / database
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates; liaising with recruiters where required.
  • Resolve issues (i.e. Interview cancellations)
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews
  • Onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating induction training plans and calendars)
  • Previous experience in office administration and / or recruitment required
  • Advertise vacancies using recruitment software and social network platforms
  • Basic DBS Check is required
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Office, GSuite, Excel etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills
