Reed Construction are working with one of the UKs leading Facilities Management providers. Boasting an annual turnover in excess of £948m per annum, the company have experienced continued growth.They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis.The work is planned and reactive maintenance and Minor works projects, from roofs to carparks on the campuses and premises of the Universities in Swansea managing multiple projects at the same time.The Quantity Surveyor will liaise closely with a client to obtain the scope of works,Deal with contract interim valuations and claims, cost report, pricing and completion of tender input, payment of subcontractors, taking projects through to final accounts.Payment of subcontractor accounts as and when required.In this role you will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will be used to managing multiple projects at the same time, you will likely have small works, maintenance, refurbishment experience.
