Programme / Project Administrator - Swansea

TSR are proud to be working with a global provider of cyber security training who now have a new and pivotal role within their dynamic Programmes team. Reporting directly to the Programmes Manager, your role will be integral to managing a bustling Helpdesk service, addressing enquiries with precision and escalating them judiciously.Your expertise will be called upon to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are not only delivered effectively but also on time. Your presence will be valued at events where on-site support is crucial, and your input willbe sought in meetings where your voice can truly make an impact.The role demands a candidate who can juggle multiple inboxes with ease, maintain and update project documentation with accuracy, and support the production of insightful reports on project progress.
