Are you a strong Support Worker who has the skills, knowledge, and drive to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people facing challenges around their mental healthIf so, a recognised local mental health charity is recruiting for a hardworking Support Worker to start asap.You will be working in a unique project, which offers support to people experiencing a crisis in their mental health. This project offers a safe and supportive environment that is responsive to peoples needs and aims to alleviate distress.Our client is looking for someo who understands the challenges faced by those who are struggling from mental health, substance and alcohol misuse. You will need to be confident in using your own initiative, be able to stay calm in crisis and comfortableaddressing people displaying challenging behaviour.Working a variety of day shifts throughout the week, this role will give you plenty of time for your own personal commitments.
