Job Description

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Cyber Security Training business in their search for a Key Account Managerto focus on sales support and account management across UK & Ireland clienteleto work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea.For the successful Key Account Managerour client is offering:

  1. Salary up to £35,000 (OTE £7-9k)
  2. Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
  3. Permanent
  4. Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Christmas Shutdown (Deductible from Holidays), Volunteer & Charity Days, Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Macbook & Accessories, iPhone, Travel Expenses when necessary, ongoing training within the industry
The role - Key Account Manager:
  1. Responsible for increasing revenue in the UK region through the product portfolio, by the management and growth of existing key accounts
  2. Conduct effective, regular Customer Account Reviews
  3. Promote training events through appropriate social media channels
  4. Manage, deliver & exceed agreed targets, KPIs and other set objectives
  5. Conduct invite calls to VIPs for specific events
What our client is looking for in a Key Account Manager
  1. Experience account managing up to 50 key accounts - ESSENTIAL
  2. Marketing and Sales Support experience - ESSENTIAL
  3. Excellent Communication Skills - ESSENTIAL
  4. Exposure working in technical industry would be advantageous, anyone who has supported training events would be ideal - DESIREABLE
  5. Sales / BDM Experience - ESSENTIAL
