The RoleSF Executive are working with a rapidly growing, PE backed, retail organisation based in South Wales in search for a Head of Trading to aid their continuous growth.Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Trading will manage and deliver the sales and contribution forecast across all retail channels, measuring performance against forecast, identifying opportunities to exceed targets, and developing correctivestrategies where appropriate.You will manage a team of eCommerce traders who work across several international retail markets in both D2C and Marketplace, and your day-to-day focus will be on delivering on the e-commerce trading plan with a relentless focus on tactical commercial trading.The PersonThe successful candidate will be a commercially focused, data savvy trading leader with ability to build an best-in-class e-commerce trading function.
