Are you a strong support professional who would thrive in a role dedicated to empowering families in crisis to improve their lives If so, a respected charity in South Wales is recruiting for the role for you.This role aims to provide early intervention support for vulnerable families across this area. This Family Centred approach identifies individual needs, working in a multi-agency approach which ultimately prevents crisis and promotes family resilience, empowerment,stability and success.The successful candidate will be key working a caseload of families who experience a range of complex needs.
