They are an integration platform and need to have close working relationships with the customer/partner, developmentand sales teams. They also embrace a DevOps mentality and maintain customer specific teams. Project management and customer communication are key to ensuring successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.The primary responsibility of a Technical Operations team is to design, manage and deliver product integrationsinside the integrationsdelivery DevOps team. This includes managing escalations, providing project specific training and/or written material,as well as providing customer-centric professional services. As a successful candidate, the candidate will have day-to-day responsibilities such as working DevOps, UAT and deliver software updates, whilst alsoleading DevOps projects, assisting in the developmentof customer driven training and setup documentation. Managing projects to ensure goals and customer expectations are met. They will also deliver professional services to clients.Skills needed include Agile, Professional & Clear communication, IP Network configuration, Scaled Windows Server, MSSQL Deployment and Configuration, and Independent IT Troubleshooting.For this my client are excited to offer up to £60,000 as well as a Company Pension, health careand the opportunity for international travel.
