Job Description

We are recruiting for a night shift warehouse team leader to join a client of ours based in Swanley on a full-time, permanent basis. The company supply production products to large organisations as well as smaller businesses, working on anything from singleorders to large contracts which may require multiple deliveries.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0200 - 1100, with a starting salary of £27,000.Responsibilities

  • Management of a small headcount warehouse night shift
  • Pick, pack, load and invoice orders on time
  • Unload deliveries and load vehicles efficiently for delivery using the forklift
  • Make improvements in efficiency as you see fit
  • Carry out stock checks to ensure the physical stock levels match what is on the system
Requirements
  • Experienced counterbalance forklift driver
  • Ability to plan and organise shifts, and delegate tasks as required to complete tasks efficiently
  • Computer literate and able to use warehouse management system
  • Able to take responsibility and make decisions
  • Warehouse experience and comfortable in a hands on and active role
