Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
Listen attentively to customers concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and address any concerns promptly.
Upsell additional services and products as appropriate.

Requirements:

At least 3 years service advisor experience
1 year technician experience (preferred)
Full UK Driving licence
