Job Description

  • At Empowering learning, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join one of our clients school based in Bromley/ boarders of the Kent borough.
The successful applicant will play a major part in ensuring that our environment is a safe and welcoming place for the school community and students as well as facilitate and promote lettings within the school. They will also be in charge of large groundsas the school is a Staley home.This is an ideal opportunity for someone to play a significant role in the operational and general maintenance aspects of schools. The client requires working hours of 7am to 4pm all year round (not term time only). The school is open 24 hours a day in termtime and need staff to cover all year round.The successful candidate will be required to have experience with Management and support the day-to-day operation of the school Site and maintenance Team.Assist and manage maintenance and repairs.Ensure health and safety checks are carried out in line with HSE Compliance standards.Successful candidate will have the following:Have experience of building maintenance skills to include Risk AssessmentsHave knowledge of Health and Safety/Building regulations and procedures, experience of working in an educational environment an advantage.Have the ability to have a hands-on/problem solving approachhave excellent interpersonal skills and be a good communicator.Empowering Learning Ltd is a committed Equal Opportunities Employer and therefore will not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation.
