Job Description

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing the production of the statutory accounts and ensuring that everything is completed accurately and on time. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position to cover a period ofmaternity.Client DetailsMy client is a flexible employer that is operating very successfully in the current market.DescriptionAs Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring the team, ensuring deadlines are met and that the team is motivated and happy!
  • Reviewing the production of the statutory accounts under IFRS
  • Hands-on production of the management accounts for certain projects
ProfileMy client is looking for a candidate with the following experience:
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience of managing teams
  • Technical expertise - experience of producing accounts under IFRS would be very useful
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and you must be available to start by the end of February at the latest.Job Offer£60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experienceA competitive benefits packageThe ability to work from home 4 days per week with only 1 day in office in Swanley
