Service Manager Band 8aA permanent vacancy has arisen in the Rotherham Care Group for a Service Manager, to manage the South Locality Area. Currently the Service Manager post is essential to the running and operational management and oversight for the following teams: South Locality Team (Adult Mental Health) and Older Peoples Community Mental Health; the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team , ASD Team, Psychology Services and the Assertive Outreach Team. The South Locality Manager supports and manages the individual service managers for each of these teams.We are looking for a motivated, highly organised and experienced leader with a clinical professional registration and experience in management of operational services. The successful candidate will have a wide knowledge the types of services provided across the integrated care model. They will be flexible and able to adapt to a changing focus and have the ability to work under pressure.
