Job Description

Customer Service / Sales AdministratorSutton in Ashfieldc£22-£24kDue to expansion, we have a great opportunity for a customer service / sales administrator to work for our super busy client in the Mansfield area. Our client offers a great working environment and an early finish on a Friday!Within the role of customer service / sales administrator you will:

  • Support the sales department buy processing orders received via email
  • Process written quotations via email
  • Manage sales orders from start to finish liaising with suppliers, customers
  • Schedule shipping and sample requests
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
  • Provide general administration support as required.
We are looking for candidates with experience of
  • Customer service or sales administration or within a business environment
  • Computer literate with good use of MS Word and Excel
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to work on your initiative and in a busy environment.
  • Fantastic customer service with the ability to talk to people at all levels.
