Job Description

Metalis is working in partnership with a prestigious manufacturer in Sutton-in-Ashfield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a Press Brake Operative to join their growing team.Job Role:
  • Operating Press Brake, Punch and Laser machines prior to the forming of parts
  • Ensuring a quality product to the standard manufacture tolerances
  • Ensure the smooth running of the fabrication process.
  • To effectively maintain the tidiness, safety, and cleanliness of the work areas
Must Have Experience in One of The Following:
  • Punch
  • Laser
  • Press Brake
  • Amada or Trumpf - 2 Years
Shifts & Salary
  • Dayshift Rates:
39.5-hour week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 16:00£11.56ph - £13.50ph - (Dependant on Skill Level & Qualifications)Overtime is available.
  • Second shift
Once fully trained and on the Second Shift Hours & Rate are as follows:There will be a training period where candidates will work the dayshift until product knowledge and procedural knowledge has been gained. How long this training period will be is dependent on the person and their experience.38 Hour Week, Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 02:00£17.96ph - Overtime is availableIf this role sounds of interest to you, please feel free to give our office a call and ask for Holly to discuss further.
