Job Description

HR Business Partner - Head OfficePaying up to £60kDo you have human resources business partnering experience and looking for a career move Culture Recruitment Group is helping a large UK-based business find a full-time HR Business Partner, and the role comes with a salary of up to £60k and an excellentbenefits package.As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across the business and report directly to the Group HR Director. As a BP you key stakeholder will be in the Corporate Services team based at Head Office and is a critical partof the business.In a typical week in this HR role, you will:

  • Partner with stakeholders, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Create and implement a People Plan for your business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Group People strategy
  • Focus on organisational design, talent attraction, retention and development to support succession planning
  • Support managers to proactively manage employee relations issues.
To apply for this HR role, you will need diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in busy, multi-location and complex businesses. You will also require the following:
  • Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment
  • Previous senior HRBP experience. Partnering with IT teams is a massive benefit
  • The ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence
  • The skill to interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
