Job Description

Export Sales Administrator£25,000 - £28,000 (pro rata)Huthwaite - office basedHappy to consider Mon - Thurs workingOverviewMy client is a well-establish brand within their industry and they are looking to recruit an Export Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their friendly team. They have a reputation for providing outstanding customer services and this is a fast paced rolewhich focuses on maintaining that exceptional standard.Key Duties

  • Organise overseas shipments and act in a customer services role for two key customer accounts
  • Arrange all export shipping and handle any product returns
  • Create documentation required for export shipments
  • Produce / review all required paperwork and shipping documentation for export orders (i.e. delivery notes / letters of credit / certificate of origin etc)
  • Consolidate shipments across multiple sites and countries in an effective and timely manner
  • Liaise with customers by email and telephone and deal with their enquiries and queries quickly and efficiently
  • Confirm delivery date information and keep customers updated
  • Knowledge of products, stock availability and prices
  • To liaise with customers, colleagues and works personnel on technical and commercial aspects as and when required
  • Input customers orders onto system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Progress chase orders with suppliers and internal departments to ensure expected delivery dates are met.
Person Specification
  • Great customer service skills - high level customer service / account management experience is essential and able to demonstrate outstanding Customer Service experience
  • Experience liaising with overseas customers
  • Knowledge of export sales administration process & export documentation is essential - you must be confident in using all aspects of export documentation (i.e. letters of credit / certification of origin etc)
  • Highly organised, with the experience of working in a fast moving business environment
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
  • You will be an experienced team player and all round effective communicator
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform under pressure and remain calm
  • Good IT Skills - Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of ERP / MRP.
