Very flexible Hybrid working offered (potentially up to 4 days on site as required per month)DescriptionAs the Data/Sales Analyst you will be responsible for:Job Outline: In this exciting, dynamic and data focussed role, the position holder will be responsible for the analysis of sales data, mainly through the company CRM tool; Salesforce.com. Working on projects to develop how we gather information, improvedata accuracy and processes, along withconsolidation of reports to support decision making. Furthermore, the position holder will be responsible for reviewing performance data and sharing reporting to support the Business Development team. The role also incorporates focus on customer, marketand competitor insights and developing tools to share complex information with the wider Business.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of sales data, through CRM

  • Pulling and sharing reports to analyse user stats, pipeline, contract termination and retention, leads, sales activities and sectors
  • Work on projects to improve sales processes and data accuracy
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders
Data intel supporting the Business Development team
  • Development of Market and Competitor insight tools
  • Consolidation of reports to drive Salesforce improvement
Contribute to the yearly Strategic planning process
  • Market and competitor intel
  • Market share and product penetration
Support the improvement and accuracy of the quarterly commission process.Support with commercial aspect of tenders
  • Data collection from tender documents and interpretation of the data into the pricing model
  • Review of TUPE data and ascertain key cost drivers for transferring staff
  • Work closely with bid team to ensure pricing proposal mirrors written proposal
  • Present commercial offer to senior stakeholders
Customer insights
  • Driving our Net Promoter Score Activity through CRM
  • Coordinating critical customer data
  • Developing tactics to enable the business to act
