Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others Are you looking to have a meaningful role supporting vulnerable individuals We have an exciting opportunity for a Broker Support Officer to join an expanding organisation in Surrey.Broker Support Officer will arrange care for vulnerable people in their own homes or in residential care, make referrals, maintain databases, be the first point of contact and help residents achieve meaningful progress.

SALARY - £26,808 (plus PRP)
CONTRACT - Permanent
TYPE - Hybrid
HOURS - Full-Time, 36 hours per week
Performance Related Pay of up to 10% of salary
A generous employers pension contribution of 6.5%
Flexible working arrangements between our Sutton office and home
