Job Description

We are recruiting for a Bodyshop Fitter for our tcs site based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.Dawsongroup temperature control solutions, as the name suggests, offers temperature control solutions for businesses across a range of industry sectors.The Bodyshop Fitter will assist with bodywork preparation, repair, modification, refurbishment and installation.As the Bodyshop Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out necessary bodywork instructions as per job sheet, ensuring the relevant accompanying paperwork is completed correctly
  • Carrying out modification work such as cutting out apertures, new bulkheads, fitting doors etc
  • Attending customers’ sites to carry out repairs or installation work on individual units or linking up complexes
  • Operating power and hand tools and working with body filler, sealants, sheet metals, paints and solvents
You will be based at the Sutton-in-Ashfield site however you may be required to work off-site which may require staying away from home.The successful Bodyshop Fitter will be:
  • Confident with power tools
  • Ideally hold a driving licence but this is not essential
