Job Description

Sales Support SpecialistWere looking for a Sales Support Specialist, where youll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Reporting directly to the sales Coordinator, youll be responsible for generating quotations through our CRM, efficientlyprocessing customer orders, and upholding our core values of quality, Innovation, a complete offer, attention to detail, care for the environment, competitive enterprise, global capability, unique product, and ease of use in all work-related activities.Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate quotations via our CRM system.
  • Process customer orders with precision in our in-house CRM system.
  • Align with company objectives, striving to meet or exceed KPIs and metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, addressing pricing, stock availability, and problem-solving.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers for issue resolution and clarification of account or order information.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to ensure customers receive optimal assistance.
  • Liaise closely with purchasing and other departments to meet customer requirements.
  • Pick and send product samples to fulfil customer requests.
  • Follow up on quotations as needed.
  • Assist in notifying customers of new price increases and discount terms.
  • Manage returns, estimating handling charges and overseeing the return and credit process.
  • Update CRM with customer information promptly.
  • Provide support for specific project work as directed by the Commercial Manager.
Professional Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Dynamics and intermediate excel
  • Experience with SAP/ERP is advantageous
  • Experience working for a manufacturing business will be highly
