Job Description

This Head of Finance position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can oversee all financial operations within an industrial/manufacturing setting.Client DetailsOur client is a prominent player within the consumer sector.   • Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
  • Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting financial information.
  • Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Overseeing budget preparation and the implementation of budgets.
  • Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
  • Creating and establishing yearly financial objectives that align with the companys plan for growth and expansion.
  • Serving as a key member of the executive leadership team and round table discussion panel.
  • Participating in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
ProfileA successful Head of Finance should have:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic capability.
Job Offer
  • An estimated salary range of £85,000 - £100,000 per year, with a car allowance included.
