Job Description

We are currently working with a lovely manufacturing business who are looking for a QBE Management Accountant to join their close knit team.It will see you have ownership of month end and management accounts for the entire company. Your work will represent a consistent and accurate picture of the financial performance and position of the business. You will report to an experienced FinancialController who will trust you to have autonomy within this role but will also be a great support. Outside of month end you will work on interesting ad hoc projects for senior management and will be consistently striving to improve efficiency where possible.This business has been thriving and would best suit a confident Management Accountant who isnt afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the rest of the finance team. You will be accompanied by a hard working junior who you can guide and supportIdeally, you will:

  • Have experience as a Management Accountant working within a busy business.
  • Be an individual who embraces change, one that can adapt and have the confidence and ability to balance a varied workload.
  • Be proficient using Excel. This role requires an individual who is confident working with large data sets.
