Job Description

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to work with a global manufacturing business based in Sutton Coldfield.Duties of the role will include:

  • Leading the year end audit process,
  • preparing financial statements and guiding company through external and internal audits.
Monthly custom submissions and declarations.
    • Tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
    • Being the main contact for any regulatory and compliance issues
    • Helping deliver month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements
    • Assisting the business with ad hoc needs
    • Proactively seeing out opportunities to improve systems and business processes to drive efficiencies in internal and external reporting
    • Implementation of new e-invoicing system
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant - ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Strong financial accounting exposure
  • Strong stakeholder management
